  I just want to take a moment out to praise John, I believe he’s the manager. He was wearing a red shirt today but anyway every time I go in there he’s always calm, cool and collected. Even rude guests come in, which I witnessed today, was very respectful. This morning there was a mix up with my order, he made sure it was taken care of efficiently and as quick as possible. Also the lady who cashed me out, there was a customer who was being very rude to her from what I could tell, and I was up next. She was still so friendly and didn’t let it affect her. Great costumer service! Thank you both! (:

  The bagels are amazing. Staff is friendly and stay on top of things as the place is always busy. Wish the dining area was a little bit bigger.

  Chain restaurant on Lemmon Avenue popular in the mornings, especially the weekends. Early morning singles and couples read the paper and have coffee and bagels. Mix of guys from the Oak Lawn gayborhood, Uptown couples, and post workout crowds. Some families with kids as well as seniors. Very busy so expect a line on weekend mornings and managed chaos. Staff is friendly and service is fast so long as you know what you want-- (Type of bagel, type of cream cheese, toasted or not, for here or to go, your name. Use a simple name if it's not). Inside seating and limited outside seating available. Self serve beverages/coffee. Adequate parking most of the time, otherwise street parking. Seasonal muffins and bagels. Various egg & bagel sandwiches and of course lox and bagels. Regular and lite cream cheese choices. Listen for your name when your order is ready and go get it. Remember if you shortened it. See above. Don't be the person who everybody knows your name because they heard it a dozen times while you were on the phone and weren't paying attention. If you have a large order or office party, you can order online and set a pick up time because nobody wants to be in line behind that person.

  I come here all the time for a high calorie breakfast before lifting. It's got a good selection of breakfast sandwiches and a wide variety of bagels. Some of the staff even remember me by my name - which is always nice. The coffee isn't exactly specialty grade but I drink it almost every time and love it. This place would best be described as consistent, reliable, and fast when you need to get breakfast on the go.

  Sain, runs a great op here. I absolutely love this location. They greet you by name once they get to know you. They are fast, courteous. Yes we all have our days, but they run a tight good shift here, well at least the weekday morning crew. The weekend crew is a whole other story.
