  This is a busy store. Some employees look stressed. Turkey & Bagel Sandwich was delicious avocados, lettuce and tomatoes. My wife enjoyed the lox sandwich.

  I don't think it would be fair to continually come back without giving a huge shout out to Isaiah! Everytime we come in he absolutely makes our day. To the point my son has even commented about how nice he is as we leave (which he never does!). Thank you for the best customer service and the biggest smile Isaiah! You always make our day! 🌞

  The food is good here, however I've been here about 20 times and almost half of the orders were incorrect in some form. Today we were ordering and the lady who attended us looked like she was unhappy to be there and it was not a busy time so I couldn't understand the attitude. She had chosen to take her break in the middle of our transaction, ridiculous. If this business would hire better staff, I would rate higher.

  This use to be by weekly stop but the service, along with the bagel variety has deteriorated. Our favorite was the bacon and jalapeño bagel and they no longer make it. I would order online for pickup and half of the time the Bagels that I ordered lightly toasted, would be burned. Or replaced with another flavor. It seems it's always something. If only there were more options for Bagels around here.

  I used to LOVE stopping by here in the morning before. Unfortunately the quality of the bagel, especially breakfast bagels has gone down. The customer service as well. Today I waited 1 hour for an “order-ahead”. Definitely will be a while until I return. Come if you’re ready to wait and have an okay order served.
