  The younger staff is very friendly and motivated, however the few older individuals are very unprofessional and unwelcoming. It's seldom a pleasant experience to order from here.

  Just got to work with the breakfast sandwich I ordered. Dryest bagel I've ever had, the cheddar that was supposed to come on the sandwich isn't there, nor is the tomato or avocado I requested and was charged for. It is also on the wrong type of bagel. Don't waste your time or money here.

  Lovely staff. Fast and great service. Ordered a bacon egg sandwich was not able to swallow it without coffee! The bagel felt over microwaved! It was my first and probably last time in any Einstein.
