::Nice place.....half price of next door ..starbucks...quieter...easier...friendlier. I go to Starbucks still...for use bathroom...sometimes. I was lucky with my last visited,but NOT TODAY...SO TERRIBLE SERVICES. Last visited, I had a homeless came and stole my bagel on my table.!!!!!!! Today, the workers don't give me bagel I paid. When I asked for my bagel,he just played with his phone. I have to believe what ppl say about this place. Could I change to A -1star?????

::Absolutely terrible service. I frequent Einstein Bros and this one is by far the slowest most poorly run shop in town. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

::This is the second time I have tried to eat here. Both times I have come at 4:30 where the ’Open’ sign has been displayed, with employees still sitting inside yet the doors were locked. I knocked on the door to ask an employee if they always closed early and he laughed and said no, but they apparently just happened too both times I tried to come. The EMPLOYEE then proceeded to turn to his coworker with the comment of ‘What a Butch’ while laughing and walking away. DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE OF A PAID EMPLOYEE!! I will NEVER come back here.
