  I don't understand why full time staff (not the student workers) moves so freaking slow. I feel like I'm being pranked every time I go here; it's like a joke how long I have to wait for a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese. Also I've seen one of the full time staff scold a student worker for trying to pick up the slack for her. It's called teamwork, you lazy old idiot. Just horrible.

  Lady here with red hair, who's been working here forever, spit in my food and put some other $%1T in it because, I questioned her assertion that vegetable cost $.50 each. Crazy lady, thank you. Now I never come here. This lady deserves to get fired/go to jail.

  Contrary to the other reviewers, I found this place to be overpriced but the fare was tasty enough "new York style" bagels. They go well with a Rockstar energy drink, as I discovered myself on a recent visit. The U of M is an OK school to attend as a student
