  Yum, my new favorite! You just can't beat sandwich fixin's on a bagel. The worst part about this place is trying to decide which bagel flavor to use.

  Desert Ridge Market Place Location It is a shame that the supervisors, managers, employees, and anyone affiliated with this particular location legitimately do not care about the horrendous chaos that takes place. For the past 3 years, for some reason (probably for the food, which I can not complain) I keep going to this location and every time the there is always something negative service related. I either get my order wrong, treated like I do not know how to order, there is no definitive line (no specific line to place an order), there is no waiting area to wait for your order (is the space being used to it's full potential), in general guest seem to extend there stay to long not making available sitting for guest that may want to sit and eat/drink their order, the dining area always seems to be unkept (not swept, tables not wiped off, crumbs/trash on floor/patio area). It is apparent that this is a high volume location but there should be some form of organization of the service instead of this chaotic mess. Yes, is it possible that the corporate executives do not mind this knowing that one complaint doesn't harm the overall figures of the numerous locations in the Phoenix Valley. What is my one complaint of service and logistics at this location going to accomplish? Looking at the big picture, probably nothing. What are the employees and managers at this location going to do? Probably nothing. Food = good/excellent Service = poor Atmosphere = poor

  A very courteous, beautiful, smiling staff. If I could I'd stop here every single morning just for the company. However, I must use my better judgement and only stop here once or twice a month. I feel too stalkerish otherwise. Just kidding guys!!! Geez! The bagels are great, the variety outstanding. All in all this place is an AWESOME place, freaking AWESOME place to get a good and hearty breakfast on the run! Give 'er a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed...well what are you waiting for? Go now!!!!!

  The cashier took my wrong order, confused it with another costumers, and forgot about the drink so I had to come back to the counter after waiting for 20 minutes, already having eaten the bagel. Just a lack-luster performance
