  PRO TIP- If you CONSTANTLY sell out of a specific type of bagel, PEOPLE LIKE IT, so make more of that type and less of the junk you DO NOT SELL OUT OF! I go in twice a week for the Green Chile Gourmet Bagel and 99.999999999% of the time they are out... Duh, get it together Einstein and live up to your name, cos right now you are not looking too savvy.

  They often get my order wrong. Today was once too often which is the reason for the 2 star rating. Too late to take it back after I get home. I'm not asking for anything weird just a toasted bagel with butter how hard could it be? More often they get my name wrong. Joe??? Maybe they are just not listening. Everything else would earn them 3 stars which is about their average rating. They could be cleaner, nicer and more concerned about getting an order right.

  Guys working bagels were great. Cashier pretty disgruntled because cash register computer not working.

  Walked in and the entire place was filthy. Food was all over the floor, tables and chairs. There were boxes visibly out in the open for customers to see making it look even more sloppy. After ordering, our food came out fairly quickly. The same wasn't to be said about our coffee, which took about another 5 min. THE COFFEE WASN'T EVEN WARM!!! My mother and I both had to pour out some of the coffee we ordered and added hot coffee that was out on the counter. The employees all looked miserable and stood around doing nothing while customers were waiting for them to figure out what do do with themselves. My mother and I drove much out of our way to come here and it was such a lack luster experience I'm leaving this review while still sitting in the store! It's a guarantee that I will never come back again and it has by far been the WORST breakfast and coffee experience I've had to put up with. Good work Einsteins.
