::eecu gets 0 star for refusal of services to active duty personnel temporarily assigned within the conus area. the rep over the phone refused my application despite having proof of residence and a utility bill at hand.

::I called 3 times. Each call lasting around 30 min. After 30 min. of hearing how my call is very important, the phone rang and I was hung up on. I called Texas Trust. They answer the phone. Guess which one I'm doing business with?

::I have been having my accounts with EECU for many years. I have hardly had the need to go into the branch but I used to love it due to the “small bank friendly feel” well that is out the window... In my most recent visit I took some coins to exchange. The cashier that was helping me did not have access to the coin machine (she was very friendly) so she called someone else over with access. From the minute she came over to assist she already had an attitude; it was almost as if I was bothering her to assist me. Then the machine jammed again and she kept making comments such as “it jammed” “it’s not going to work anymore” and kept pushing buttons with an attitude.... After just three tries the machine started working again and she stood IN FRONT of me not letting me properly use the machine. Once it was done she herself asked me if I had any more coins. But since I did not want her to keep assisting me or wasting her time.... I told her that was it so she felt the need to finish the transaction for me. Once done I was waiting for her to move to take the rest of my coins that fall at the bottom and she YET AGAIN looked at me asking me what I needed with an attitude. It is ridiculous that I as a customer have to feel like an inconvenience for someone to help at their job. (Editing this review because my concern was taken seriously and addressed, I will continue to use this location.)
