  Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Did I mention terrible? Just save yourself 2.5 hours of time and frustration by avoiding this location. That's with an appointment. When asking the lady at the front desk how much longer I would need to wait, with an appointment, her response was, "well we are short on the weekends"...ummm ok. So this is the banner standard we are trying to uphold, got it! If you can go to any other location, do. Go to Desert or Gateway, both much better than this.

  Leaving 1 star because there is no possible way to comment without adding 1. I am having my first baby and have been coming here to be seen. This is by far the worst expirience ive ever had ! I have no personal doctor. By that being said i see a new doctor about everytime i go to the clinic. They have no idea who i am or what my case is. They arent rude but dont take the time to talk to you or even get an idea of your back ground. I have no doctor to call if i have a question or anything because unless i remember 1 of the 50 doctors ive seen, theyre not allowed to let me speak to anyone. I DO NOT RECOMEMND THIS TO ANY EXPECTING WOMEN. THIS PLACE IS SO FRUSTRATING THEY SHOULD REALLY CHANGE HOW THIS PLACE IS RAN.
