  This was my first experience buying from Edible Arrangements. I have received gift items before and was impressed with the variety and freshness. Ordered my gift online for pick up the next morning. It was ready, and big, and you could see how fresh all the fruit was. I was very impressed as were the recipients. I'll definitely use this site again.

  Ordered in advance for mothers day. I called to ask about what time they might deliver and the woman who answered said she could not gaurantee a time.. Just between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. . I guess they expect you to wait around for 8 hrs and not celebrate your Mother, Wife etc.. These are made of fruit so if you leave for lunch or a party and they deliver have a nice bite into melted chocolate, warm fruit. I will be ordering from cookies by design next time. They are very responsive and can give a close time\phone call when they will deliver or work around your schedule. Not very impressive for being a national franchise.

  Strawberries were too small and squishy. But they called and remade me one so I gave them 2 more stars. Then I took one star back , because the remake wasn’t that great. I just feel it should be better quality than what you can make at home for that amount of money.

  I honestly love this place, I forget that it even exists though since it's a little ways out from me but after my last visit I can't imagine why I don't go back. The customer service was more then I could ask for and the smoothies are delicious. Mostly why I want to return is because of the amazing customer service and theres a punch card to help you aquire free goodies
