  From what I am gathering from the reviews, the store was horrible but is now under new management. I can say my experience today was absolutely fantastic! The woman is so nice and helpful! I needed something really quick and they got it done super fast - the strawberries and chocolate were so fresh! I am visiting from Chicago so I didn’t even know what to expect but I had a great experience!!!

  Edith the front desk person was awesome this location has been getting better since the old maneger tom left he was always rude Edith keep doing what your doing keep that place running

  If I could give this unprofessional place a -0 star rating I would. I called last weekend and placed an order for same day delivery. I ordered a 30 count pineapple truffle mix arrangement. A couple of hours pass & a guy delivers my food. Unbeknownst to me the heart shaped box was the wrong arrangement. I called to tell the manager TOM that my order that was delivered was wrong , he tells me what I want to hear that he will send out another and he would call me Monday to set up a day this week. Monday came no call , and so did Tuesday, Wednesday & now its Thursday and still no word from Mr. Tom. I've given him days to call me so when I call corporate tomorrow I can tell them . Long story short NEVER ORDER FROM HERE , these people couldn't even get a simple order right , and they have yet to resend my arrangement or give me my money.

  Took them there weeks to deliver an arrangement my mom sent. I wasn't home for the first attempt, but they left no note and did not call. The only reason I know there was an attempt because my mom asked if I'd received it. So I called and scheduled a second delivery. They never showed up. They refused to refund my mom, so after visiting the store to try to pick up an arrangement, we arranged a this delivery time. The third time I waited at home all day, and the delivery didn't arrive until after 8pm. Never again. That is way too much effort for an extremely overpriced bucket of mostly melon with a few strawberries.

  Spoke with the most polite young man who helped me pick out a surprise for my mother. He took his time with me to explain the different arrangements available and really was attentive to my needs.I was pleasantly surprised to meet him in person when my mother received her delivery. Well done, Jeff. You made my day. Best customer service I have encountered in quite some time.
