  I wish I could put zero stars since this place failed to deliver the day that it was set for. I wanted to surprise my mom with an edible arrangement and as pricey as it is, I expected her to get it on the day it said on the email. What a rip off, never again. Total disappointment and frustration.

  I should have read the reviews about this location before making an online order. The order was originally made Thursday with delivery set for Saturday(the only day the recipient had off). All of Saturday goes by with no communication or updates from Edible Arrangements the online status tracking is useless because it never updates. My delivery wasn’t attempted until Sunday night(no one was home to answer) when I called Sunday morning to see what was going on, the woman who answered inquired about my order and made it seem as if it were the first time she had seen the order. Needless to say my Mothers Day gift was a fail. I understand the high customer traffic and potential delays in delivery due to the holiday but no communications at all is unacceptable. I do not recommend this location. I will NOT order from this specific edible arrangements location again.

  Ordered a delivery for mother’s day today and major error in delivery...and recipient didn’t receive their order
