  Alayna at the Fishers, IN store was awesome. Called at last minute because I was able to get off of work early. She made a beautiful fresh arrangement and a brand new box of chocolate dipped strawberries. I really appreciated her willingness to get this done at the last minute. My wife loved them. Thanks so much.

  It's now 7:15pm on Valentine's Day and my order of over $115.00 has still not made it to my girlfriend who lives less than 2miles from this location. Needless to say there's a big lack of communication and they have made this a terrible Valentine's Day, thanks for making me look like a fool. Never again. It is now 10pm and never received a phone call, nor did my arrangement ever get delivered. Lack of professionalism to say the least. You guys didn't have a problem taking my 115.00 +a delivery fee? But yet couldn't deliver what I paid for within 2miles from your location. No excuse for your terrible business.

  They were very accommodating and very reasonable. When I got there my basket was ready, I had ordered online and was able to use a promo code to get 25% off. Everything appeared really fresh and the staff was very friendly.
