::Horrible service. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if there was an option.

::Very bad experience. Promised delivery times they did not deliver on. I actually went to the store the day before delivery to give the driver 10 bucks. Told him the delivery was down the block. Please deliver before 12 as i was promised. Day of, I called at 1230 since it was not delivered as promised and was told it will be there by 4. Called numerous times to speak to owner, got nothing. Cancelled the order. Will never purchase anything from this store again.

::I went to this location about 3 days ago for a last min birthday arrangement. I was greeted by a very nice young man who was about 14 yrs old he provided excellent customer service by taking his time show me options I have. A young lady came out from back and completed my order on the register which I told her I needed for the same day which said ok no problem but with dipped fruits I would need wait 30 mins I said ok no prob I'll wait. A 2nd young lady by name of Lisa (i asked the young man her name ) came out to ask about my order when she was told I needed it for today she goes "OMGG I want to go home I don't want to dip fruits" (strike one). The young man asked if I was of a particular descendant (FROM GUYANA) being that my last name was popular once I answered yes Mrs Lisa walked from behind the counter and said "why do u have to.always ask people where they are from I don't like guyanese people they always have an attitude " I turned around looked at her in disbelief how dare u say something so unprofessional after you heard me say that I am guyanese. I never walked in there with an attitude and I sure didn't ask her for help. I waited in my car for 30 mins which my order was then ready I asked her name and told the young man he provided me with great customer service but who is this young lady she was very unprofessional no manners whatsoever I was very disappointed with my experience there. I will never go back to this location if someone like Lisa is not happy to be doing her job she was hired for and especially saying out loud things that are inappropriate and stereotypical. Mind you she is supposedly the manager!
