  Tried to order an employee of the month gift for a coworker. Because of snow I had to change the date from yesterday to today. I was so worried they would forget about my order and even called the store to make sure they got the new shipping date. They said it would be develivered today but they never showed. We close in an hour and now we have nothing to give the employee of the month. I called customer service and they said to contact the store. I called the store and they cannot deliver it because they have too many deliveries. I am currently standing in line to get my coworkers flowers at a nearby grocery store and am beyond aggravated. I waited all day for this surprise and it was ruined by Edible Arrangements of Newburgh.

  Management is snooty. Workers in the front aren't very friendly. Fruit has been dirty. Management doesn't try to satisfy customer but will in fact hide and tell the workers their isn't anything they can do but come back to speak to management. Place doesn't shine.
