  Really bad experience trying to send fruit to my Mother in Long Beach. Very unprofessional and attacking with their communication. Turned out to be a horrible experience and she never got her Mother's Day fruit. Highly suggest using any other of the franchises, but not this one!!!!

  I received an arrangement from this location as a birthday gift for my daughter from my sister. The delivery person was incredibly conscientious taking time out to wish her a happy birthday; to our surprise he returned several hours later and delivered additional balloons wishing her a happy birthday on his behalf. The arrangement was presented well and fresh. I will personally use them should the occasion arise. Great service!

  I'm for one to help out black businesses, and friends know this! This was absurd, I wanted my money back she denied me! So, I ordered from Rockville Centre. Not only did it get there before the original order, the woman there gave me the number to get money back! Not even with a star!

  THIS WILL BE LAST TIME I ORDER. THEY NEVER SEND THE ORDER FOR THE BIRTHDAY PERSON ON TOP OF THAT THEY COULDNT CALL ME TO VERIFIED IF ANYTHING WAS WRONG VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

  HORRIBLE SERVICE... DO NOT ORDER DURING MAJOR HOLIDAYS!!! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FOR THE RECIPIENT TO ENJOY THE DAY. DELIVERY TIMES CAN BE AS LATE 9PM AND USUALLY WILL COME IN THE EVENING WHEN OCCASION IS PRETTY MUCH OVER....
