  ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!! This is the worst place ever and I would never do business with them again. I understand that every place is busy on Valentines Day but the service here was just unacceptable! The Edible arrangement was sent to my job as a surprise. I sent a picture to thank the person and come to find out the order was completely wrong. I personally took my gift back to this location in which it came from. I spoke to someone who kindly took back the order and was to give me what I should have received. I was told the wait would be about 15 minutes which turned into 40. Within that time I asked how much longer the wait would be the staff member explained that they mistakenly sent my order out to someone else. At this point I was beyond aggravated with the customer service that I was receiving. I will never do business here nor will I recommend anyone to this location. They didn't offer anything to compensate my time for their error. All I got was "I'm am so sorry"!. There was also three other customers that had problems with their orders as well within the 40 minutes that I sat there waiting for my arrangement!

  It looked like they did a rushed job. The fruits looked like they were just messy when dipped and the wrapping was not done nicely. I was not happy with the presentation and the job that was done.

  This place is TERRIBLE!! They didn't deliver on the day it was scheduled for but sent an email claiming it was "successfully delivered" when it actually was not! The customer service person was absolutely rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional! Acted annoyed and unsympathetic to the situation! First and LAST TIME I ever buy a gift from this place. Very disorganized and unprofessional!! The gift was intended to be a surprise birthday gift and these people completely ruined it!!

  This is my 3rd and last bad experience with this location. Now to beat the previous times, they don't even answer the phone. They didn't delivered my order and regardless I put a claim in the corporate number they still haven't refunded my money. Never again will order from this place. I should've known better when I saw the rating on this location.

  Ordered an arrangement two days AFTER mother's day to avoid the holiday delivery horrors. Quite disappointed with the delivery, I paid an extra $13.99 on a $100+ order, only for it to be left on my mother's porch because she wasn't home at the time of delivery. Okay - before i got upset, I called the store I ordered from to ask about the delivery policy. Young lady who answered said if noone was home, they redeliver at a later time. So when i explained that my mother's arrangement was left on her porch for 2 plus hours, she apologized (not in a caring tone) and said i could bring it back to the store to get a new one. If I paid $13.99 for DELIVERY, why would I drive back to that store for a replacement????? In all, DON'T order from this location. I can't vouch for others, but I would hope they follow their own delivery policies. I asked to speak to a manager, and was given the excuse/reason that he is "in a meeting." An hour later no return call.....
