  Order arrived a day late. Tried to call to check on the delivery but nobody answered the phone. I drove to the store and was surrounded by other unhappy customers.

  Wish i would have read the reviews first. Most unprofessional ratchet place I’ve done business with. They took money out my account but never delivered my purchase. They disconnect their phones and once i finally got through i was told to call back in a hour because they’re busy. Good Lord help me. Then the National number is no help either. They say they have no control over refunds.

  Horrible! Do NOT go to this location. Talk about bad customer service! My husband ordered me and arrangement to be delivered to my job at a school. The order never came, and the guy called me at 5:30 asking was I still at the school/work? Seriously it's a school, um NO. He asked if I wanted to pick it up smh. My husband went to the location and the lady was extremely rude and accused my husband of have a "smart mouth". I was on the phone and he was actually polite. Luckily I wasn't there because it would have been another story. Ghetto, unprofessional, unorganized and rude! Don't buy here.

  I ordered offline using this store location. My order was confirmed and the money was removed from my bank account. I scheduled to pick it up, when I arrived at my assigned time. The building was closed im assuming for construction! Now they wont answer the phone or return my calls or emails.! I will be going to corporate or better business bureau

  My girlfriend has placed 2 fairly small orders at this Edible Arrangements; they managed to forget half of one of the orders, and they forgot to add white chocolate to an order of chocolate covered strawberries, even though she emphasized mixing the order with white chocolate multiple times. She later called the place for one of the orders in which they forgot to delivery a whole box of varied fruit and the manager was exceptionally rude--she refused to deliver the other half of the order unless a receipt was faxed to her or a receipt was brought in to the store personally, even though she was given the order number. Very poor customer service/relation, and very poor quality. I highly recommend not using this Edible Arrangements location.
