  I ordered online and this was the closet location to the delivery address, but the basket I ordered was not what was delivered. It was missing the chocolate dipped edibles. I paid for what was displayed online. I will not choose this location anymore.

  I had to place a same day order for one of my coworkers and the transaction went as smooth as can be! The staff member was so helpful. She asked me what my budget was and went on to help me find the perfect bouquet for my teammate. The fruit looked and tasted yummy .

  The person who took my order (Ruby) said "none of our items are vegan." She ignorantly proclaimed, "I'm not vegan, so I don't know what vegan means." If you're in the food service industry, it's the law that staff is familiar with allergies and diets. Ruby refused to let me speak to the manager and hung up before taking a message. Susan: "Ruby" needs to be fired

  Zero selection for display. If i could rate -3 stars then I would. Downtown Dallas is insanely inconvenienced by the space thus store is taking.
