  I ordered an arrangement from this store and was spoken to very rudely. I placed the order and was told that my order would be the first stop as the business where it was going to closes early on Fri. I called to check the status and spoke to Danyell who was very rude. The office that the arrangement was supposed to go to closes at 12 and at 130, the arrangement had not been delivered. Danyell never called me back (as promised) to give me an update. Instead, I called her back 15 minutes later only for her to tell me that she called the recipient which TOTALLY spoiled my surprise!!! I gave them specific instructions NOT to call the recipient and for them to call me! If I could give them zero, I would!

  Delivery could have been faster but the web site should have took care of the fastest location.

  If I could give them zero stars, I would. My product was not delievered, and they didn’t have the decency to give me call to let me know. They successfully ruined my Valentine’s Day surprise.

  This company overall is good this location sucks. Order online , order got sent to there store. I live on the north side. I called trying to be helpful, ask them to transfer order to store near me... They sent half my order. Called, they explain what happen, tell me I can get the rest of my order. Get there they make me wait an additional 1hr and 30 mins to only give me yet still half of what I was suppose to pick up. No customer service alot of people walking around but ain't no work getting done...I want someone to contact me or I'm going to the BBB

  This was a great gift to bring for thanksgiving. We needed something last minute for thanksgiving dinner at the in-laws. Thankfully, they were open this morning and had arrangements already made ready for pickup. The staff was so accommodating when I asked if they could add in a few more chocolate covered strawberries. My in-laws were so impressed! Would definitely recommend this as a gift to a dinner party!
