  Ordered from this location for a birthday in my family. The staff were very helpful and helped me pick the perfect arrangement. Once my brother received the arrangement he lived ever bite of it. Thank you edible arrangements

  Don’t even bother to order here. I ordered from this place for Mother’s Day surprise through phone. The place was very close to this shop so I chose to have it here which was the worst decision ever. I just called today 5.11.18 the day before the delivery to confirm everything since I did not receive the confirmation email nor text which I normally get. This Indian guy-I am assuming his the manager or the owner of this place which is a shame, giving me a very nasty attitude and kept putting me on hold without even saying any. When I called back after putting me an hold for several times he THREATENED THAT HE WILL CANCEL THE ORDER AND THE ORDER THAT I MADE IS NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM AT ALL and he will make it refund then again hung up on me. I called back to apologize which I still do not know what I have done but I could not ruin this gift for my mom. I called corporate office and complained because this was unacceptable customer service. I am also in the customer service industry and this is not how you run the business. I understand it is a very busy shop but all I wanted/needed to do is confirm. How hard is that? The staffs are so much nicer and polite not like their boss. If possible there are so many other locations to shop. Please avoid this location. I don’t normally write reviews but for this particular I have to. Just be aware and don’t waste your time and money.

  Sent a couple arrangements for Easter from this location and couldn’t be happier. The colors were beautiful and the fruit/chocolate was delicious. The presentation was amazing.

  Ordered five arrangements for national Women's Day. Everything went perfect! Delivered on time, the man on the phone was kind and extremely patient while suggesting which arrangements I should get. The fruit was so fresh, and the dark chocolate was a big hit with my friends. Plan on using this place for all future gifts. Keep up the good work!

  I got hung up on TWICE!!! I was calling to inquire about an incomplete order I placed. The Indian man that answered the phone head the nerve to tell me that he couldn't understand ME!!!! After realizing that I called the wrong location he hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager. He said he wasn't there. I asked if that's how he was trained to hang up on customers? He then hung up on me again. Happy Valentine's day to me I guess! I will be calling back tomorrow to try to reach the manager
