  Unless you enjoy moldy, rotten fruit, don't order from this location. Ordered a large assortment, well over $100, and it arrived with moldy berries and rotten grapes. After playing phone tag with a very nice store associate, (because the manager is NEVER available), I finally received a call back 5 days after my complaint. Their way of resolving my receipt of a rotten arrangement: a store credit for 12 strawberries. When I explained that I wanted a refund, I was told "We don't send out moldy strawberries, so we're not going to give you a refund". I had to contact the corporate office to get my issue resolved. The corporate reps have been fantastic, but this location needs a new manager.

  My mom sent me an arrangement from this place and all the fruits were rotten. Please don't waste your time coming here. The customer service is poor and they don't value their customers. What a horrible gift to receive for your birthday.

  I purchased a LivingSocial deal late last night as a gift for my mother's birthday. I was very impressed with the great customer service and the fast turnaround. By this morning my voucher was ready, I was able to give them a call, make my order and have it sent same day to my parents. I wish I could remember the nice young lady's name who helped me, not once, but twice because she was very helpful and knowledgeable. My mother got her arrangement only a few hours after I made my order and she immediately called to tell me how beautiful and delicious it was. This was my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements, but it is certainly not my last.
