::DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS STORE. Corporate should probably close it down. Had I read the reviews prior to placing my order I would not have used them. Staff are incompetent and lack customer service skills. After my item was failed to be delivered, I asked for my money back which they said they could not do but could issue me a credit that can be used at any edible arrangement store in the US. I then called another store to make sure the credit was in system ( because I did not trust that the lady I spoke to was competent) and to set up a different delivery. This is when I learn that I had been missed inform and that store credit can not be used at different stores ( which forces you to give business to the store that did not give you great service to begin with). Needless to say I was furious and asked the lovely young lady from the other store (Buford) the number to corporate. The Buford store clerk herself admitted to hearing similar stories from customers that were not happy with the service provided to them by the Decatur store. This story gets even better. After calling corporate and explaining the story to another lovely lady she called the store to find out what happen. The lady name Linda that works at the Decatur store flat out lied. First she tell the corporate customer service lady that she never told me that the credit can be used at any store and than she stated that they had attempted to make delivery at 8am but the business the arrangement was to be delivered to was closed. I told the customer service lady that this could not have been that case as I order the arrangement at 11am which she was able to confirm when she looked in the system. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPECIFIC STORE. I have use edible arrangements for years and have never had this bad of an experience. The only reason they got a star from me is because google review forces you to click on a least one start before you could post a review.

::If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from Edible Arrangements for my wife's Valentine's Day surprise on February 11th and got the usual "thanks for ordering!" confirmation email. I began to call the store starting at 5 PM on V-day when nothing came and their phone immediate rolled over to a full voicemail box. I then called corporate who did absolutely nothing other than take a message. Two days later the store called and displayed absolutely no remorse. They offered to send some balloons with the arrangement to "make up for it." It's now two days later arrangement still hasn't arrived. I finally received a call from the store more than a week later offering to "make it right" by giving me a refund. What???? How does that make it right? I asked to speak to the manager and was told that there was no one who could help. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this store.

::My mom purchased white chocolate covered strawberries for me over Valentine's Day wknd. However, in order to get the white chocolate, I had to pick up before Valentine's Day or after Valentine's Day as white chocolate is not an option during this holiday. So I scheduled to pick up on the Sunday before valentines. When I arrived, the strawberries were not white chocolate. Obviously, there was a miscommunication. They immediately offered to do a free delivery of the white chocolate strawberries on Wednesday, when they would have white chocolate again. The supervisor and all the staff were so pleasant and polite and willing to do anything to make the customer happy. I so appreciate great customer service and can overlook any miscommunication when handled so well! They even gave me a balloon when I left! Such a pleasant experience when it could have all gone so badly!
