  Had an arrangement sent for mother's day. Had the wrong date scheduled but I called the day before and they took care of me. Great service!

  This place is awful! My boyfriend is deployed and ordered one for me for Valentine’s Day as a surprise. It never came. My boyfriend was disappointed he had to ruin the surprise so I could call them on his behalf since he is out of the country. Long story short, I’ve called 4x today and have been told I would get a call back in 30 minutes. Never happened! Called again and a guy told me the manager left for the day and because they are backed up, I may not receive a call back for 2 days and that he isn’t authorized to help me. So they take your money, send you nothing and give you no explanation. What a joke!
