  This store in particular does not deserve five stars BUT the person (Jovante) who handled my situation today deserves 10. We all know Edible arrangements is not cheap, especially when you hit that deliver button. With saying that, all of you complaining about the price, get over yourself; as I stated, we all know its not cheap. With saying that, I placed an order today, well before 11AM. Throughout the day, I did check to see what was going on with the order. By about 330, the status changed to "out for delivery". The person that I sent the delivery to was out of the office by 530PM. My main concerns are one, it is the day AFTER valentines, there is no reason the wait time should like like a holiday wait time. Two, I dont understand why anyone would ever think that delivering to a business AFTER 330 is apporpriate. That is the time that most people are leaving their jobs. There is one reason why I will use this service again. That reason is Javonte. I warned him that I was not happy about the experience and that I had a lot to say. Needless to say, my enitre order (that my bank could find) was not in Edible arrangements system. I let Javonte know that I could call another store and kind of complain to someone eles. This man let me know that that is why he was in that particular office today. To kind of put out fires, and suggested that I just tell him my issues. I did. And Javonte listened to every word. My point in this review is to highlight the exceptional service that I received from Javonte, and how he handled my specific situation with care, and grace. As I stated, he could not even find my entire order, he COULD HAVE assumed that I was trying to get over, but helped me out 100% of the way. Literally, he is the only reason that I will use this service again. Edit: 2.20.18 some of the stores are franchise and cannot see the stores orders as a whole. Still tho, Javonte is ahmazing!

  I was expecting a lot better!! What i got looks nothing like the picture. 🙁 kinda disappointed considering the price. Some of the fruit looks withered. Some of the pieces look like they were nibbled on..... SMH

  I called from Dallas Texas and wanted an arrangement delivered to my mom in Denver. The rep I spoke to wasps exceptional. Took order, confirmed the message I wanted on the arrangement, and even called me back with an eta for same day delivery. Thank you for for making my mom birthday special.
