  The WORST experience in the years of ordering from Edible arrangements. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. A week ago my husband made an order for Valentine's Day delivery to my office, which was yesterday. The order didn't arrive to my office. He called this store and was left on hold for 45 minutes. Believe me, no exaggeration! He ended up calling EA headquarters, the agent at EA called this store to no avail. No one bothered to help except to place the agent on hold and never come back to pick up the call. Earlier today, my Husband called this location, again. FINALLY, a young lady answered. She was very polite and professional. She kindly apologized and said, she will send an additional gift along with the original order. The order arrived late this evening. The delivery guy was miserable!... to top it off, the order was incomplete. Yes, incomplete! The frustration of placing a big order a week ago, not delivered as planned and to have partial of it delivered on another day is appalling!! BEWARE, do NOT order from this location. It's NOT worth it!!

  My daughter ordered an arrangement for my husband & I for today (Valentine’s Day). They claim they tried to deliver and no one was home. They called around 1, I walked in 5 minutes later... said they weren’t answering their phone but would call back in 15-20 minutes. It’s now 5 pm they still haven’t called back.Still aren’t answering their phone?! Update they just called to see if they can deliver arrangement!! Finally!!

  Very polite I order from here regularly and have never had an issue the fruit is always amazingly fresh and every time I walk in there to make a purchase I assume I’m going to spend one amount but end up paying way less and getting more They always keep me aware of any deals that can save me a buck or two while I’m checking out I will definitely continue to take my business there

  Holy!!! I only wish I checked this horrible location for the delivery. Absolutely awful. Delivered a box with some of the chocolates cracked looked like it was dropped or something. Also never delivered the two balloons I ordered. Feel cheated. What is wrong with people? Just get out of customer service business if you can’t keep up. It was an embarrassing gift.
