::Excellent service every time. Top notch. They call you if you haven't picked up your order by the time you say you will pick up, and they will work with you if you have a special request, and lets not forget the most important- the fruit and chocolate is great all the time.

::DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!! I placed an order to have an arrangement delivered to my sister at the hospital where she works for Valentines Day, I placed the order way in advance, the order NEVER got there the driver called my sister at 5:30 trying to attempt to deliver and my sister had left work already! its a business they should know they close at 5pm! the driver was rude and told my sister well that's not his problem that he couldn't make it on time, when I call this office the lady justify his rudeness because my sister was upset that they never made it and she only was rude to him by the way he was talking to her, this place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I requested for a FULL refund and I will NOT ORDER FROM HERE, I also work with customers and no matter how bad or busy your day is you never disrespect a paying customer, this place just lost a few costumers, This place don't even deserve 1 star.

::THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!! I placed an order 2 days before my sister's bday. Shipped it to her office. Per THEIR rules, it may be delivered up until 5pm. Why did I get an email at 6:07pm saying it was unable to be delivered. Not even a phone call!!! Then when I call, they act like the fact that they are busy excuses everything. "So you mean to tell me, someone who placed their order TODAY got theirs, but I preordered 2 days in advance and I'm out of luck?" His response.."Yeah". I have never in my life dealt with such incompetent morons. He did not think it was that big a deal. Will NEVER, EVER buy from ANY of them. If the guy in charge of these franchises cares at all about his company's reputation, he would shut this one site down because they are a bunch of idiots.
