  I had my first day yesterday no one referred me so I went in there blindly with a highschool wrestling background. I work full time now but, the classes range enough for me to be able to attend multiples times a week. Between the instructors and classmates I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and competitive environment. While everyone is there to get better its done in a positive and patient manner and I can't wait to grow from this experience. It's only been a day and I might be jumping the gun but I can already see this as something I need in my life everyday. It is worth coming in and seeing it for yourself no excuses if you are interested I promise you will be hooked.

  My first time stepping into this gym I was extremely nervous due to its reputation of having world class coaching. What I didn't know was these high caliber coaches were also one of the nicest and most down to earth humans I've ever met. First day there the two head coaches Espo and Marsh, introduced themselves to me and within the next five minutes I was drilling with coach Marsh. I have been a member of this gym for over 5 years now and it's truly a life changing experience. Highly recommended to anyone interested in learning about MMA/Wrestling.
