  I don’t have the same negative experience as most people on here...granted I’ve only dry cleaned one or two pieces here. I go to Eden for alterations on my clothes and they do a good job. Price is fairly reasonable. The two garmets that I did get dry cleaned were not as clean as dry cleaners in the past. This is one reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars. The other reason is that MULTIPLE times I have come to this location (not easy to access) and they we’re closed during store hours. If you say you’re going to be open from 7am-6pm then you should be. I got there at 7:45 and no one was inside, doors were locked.

  (March 1, 2018) The clothes stink! My husband's suit got wet in the rain while walking from the Convention Center to the EpiCentre. I noticed a stench and thought it was one of the panhandlers but the smell kept following us. I leaned closer to my husband and realized that he was the cause of the bad smell. His suit had a bad musty-mothball type odor. My husband picked up the suit that morning, so I'm sure the smell didn't come from our house or car within 2 hours of getting dressed and finding parking downtown. I will not be returning although the cleaners is so close to my home. I'd rather go out of the way to another cleaners than to look good and smell bad

  They didn't fix my pants properly. I went there to tell them about it. And that woman literally called me a liar, and said i brought a different one. Lol. She has a bad attitude too.

  Never open at 7:30am like they say, which is the most convenient time for me to pick up my clothes and is why I chose this cleaners. Theyve also had trouble understanding simple alterations requests, etc. Do not recommend unless things change.

  I lived a block away from here for 2 years, and am now moving away, thankfully. If it wasn't for the convenience, I never would have gone back after the first couple of months. There is a young kid that works there and he acted rude and arrogant every time I was in the store. If you have any other options, I would highly recommend staying away from this place, and their awful customer service
