  I bought two pair of pants there about 3 months ago both have strings that are coming loose from the fabric. I exchanged one pair for a new pair and that really made no difference about after 2 weeks I started having thread unravel from pockets. The clothing is very comfortable but I'm concerned that the quality is questionable.

  I'm a Gold member and have shopped at many Eddie Bauer stores. I had to return some items and it took them 3 times to get the refund correct. CHRISTINA wasn't friendly and didn't explain what she was doing. I felt like the store lacked merchandise. Couldn't find what I was needing. Will never go back.

  Shop at this store a lot. Have been an Eddie Bauer loyalist for years. But the staff interaction in this store is the reason I shop Eddie Bauer online instead.

  Typical mall Eddie Bauer store. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the selection left a little to be desired. Staff explained the women's ski selection in comparison to the men's. For whatever reason they didn't have men's...
