  I see a lot of complaints about the phone system and I think those should be directed to the main office in Sacramento (and yeah, it can be a pain to deal with them.) But when I went into this office, I had things handled in about 30 minutes and was able to make my doctors' appointments afterwards with no problems. Security was slightly disorganized but that seriously is my only complaint. Everyone was helpful and I had no problems with my claim or getting paid between the time disability started to when I returned to work.

  Have been trying to call this office for three days straight with the machine saying too many people were on hold so it hung up on me. And once i was finally put on hold for 30 min, someone answered and hung up on me.

  Very polite and efficient. Was there on a Friday morning with a friend. Waited only 10 minutes. The disability representative was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Special kudos and thanks to security officer ER.
