::This store has a good selection of quality appliances witth friendly salespeople. However, they rely excessively on staff specialists and the internet for product knowledge and financing They have very little stock available so there are delays in getting what you want. It took me three visits and several hours to set up my order and I still don't know when my items will be delivered

::Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Andrew Owen went above and beyond to help me with my coffee and I did not even purchase it from Ed Kellum & Sons. Here is my story, I had a Miele coffee machine that broke and I was calling around to have it serviced. I called Miele directly and they said that no one in the DFW area services them and that it would need to be shipped to them. They were going to send me a box, over 1 week later noting showed up. I called local Miele dealers and ended up talking to Andrew at Ed Kellum. Even though I did not purchase it from them he offered to call Miele on my behalf. I was surprised that he would do that, there was nothing in it for him. He called me back and said that a Miele representative would call me shortly, they did and gave me reference number for another box. Another week pasted and still no box. Andrew himself called me to follow up if I received the box, I told him no. He then said that he would call Miele and try to resolve this for me. The next day he called back and said Miele will be sending me a brand new coffee machine. I was beyond happy with his news, and at the same time in disbelieve that he did that, he truly cared and wanted to help me without any selfish agendas. Today the new coffee machine came in, and once again I was floored. In the box was the latest top of the line model. Even though I did not purchase the machine from them originally, I most definitely will in the future.

::while we ended up with a great Wolf cooktop, the customer service was subpar. I had to follow up on the installation and no call from the company to make sure we were satisfied customers. Again, great product, just "ok" customer service

::Mark was great as our sales person assisted with measuring during kitchen remodel. Installer did a great job also with making the necessary modifications for all new appliances to fit perfectly. Really helped complete our kitchen remodel project . Used Jenn aire appliances
