  I wouldn’t give any stars to this low quality store. Needs improvement on overall customer service. They need to train their staff to explain what items are and are not refundable when asked. Ridiculous

  overpriced and limited hardware (5$ for a tiny carabiner). store person randomly trying to call over and touch my dog without asking.

  I had to make copy of my original key my son. It is a long way from my apt to the store but I decided to go there. Coming back home and trying the keys ( I asked for two copies) non of them worked. I went back later and they had the keys redone and AGAIN both does not work ! I will not go back there anymore!! Waste of time and money !!

  Granted I've never needed anything more than basic tools, but if I did I know where I'd go. Great selection of tools and supplies.

  I went to get a key made, as I only had one. The sales associate could not find a match and gave me back what I thought was my key. I went to open my mailbox the next day and realized they had given me back a blank key. After I called and got terrible customer service, the man told me I would have to come in the store and look for myself, I went back to the store to retrieve my key. They could not find it and were extremely unsympathetic and rude. Now I'm left with no key and have to pay a landlord fee to get a new one due to Economy True Value's negligence.
