  The hotel is close to the hwy and the rail road so it's super noisy. The desk girl refused to let us cancel the reservation even tho we booked the room 2 hrs earlier. She also refused to call her manager of help me in any way shape or form. They are very desperate to get customers, they will not let you go no matter how hard you argue with them. If you click "book it" you are their prisoner. I don't have a complain about the room. It was ok. But I was very upset I was forced to stay. There are a lot of hotels in the area and they have rooms available all the time so don't book online. Drive to the hotel and see how you like it first then book it. Good luck to you.

  I would not stay here again. Definitely a cheap hotel and the price attracted very different people. Room was noisy. You could hear everything in the room beside. Room was decently clean but not quite. Bathroom was big but no counter tops to put anything on.

  Book the double bedroom said they were Queens they were only full size blankets were very thin no shampoo hardly any towels just do not recommend it

  I have two complaints. 1) RUDE MANAGER. She said her name was Esmeralda Briones. The rate I was quoted online was different than what she said it would be upon checking in. I then told her that I wouldn't be taking the room after all but she proceeded to tell me that if I cancelled, I'd be charged a fee. Because we were only staying 1 night, I took it. 2) OVER CHARGED AGAIN. When I checked my bank account, they took the price up again! I disputed it with my bank for the amount that I was previously quoted and showed them my receipt. They took care of it. Never staying here again. I'm sure the manager had something to do with the over charges. The rooms were okay for the price I paid. The orange juice for breakfast didn't taste like orange juice. Never going back because of the poor customer service and don't like that they over charged my account.

  For the price, excellent hotel. Rooms are clean, big, and comfortable. Don't expect the works, expect the best possible hotel for the price. Don't regret staying. Nothing negative to say.
