  Hotel is under construction and we couldn't get hot water. Free breakfast was not so great. Hope with the new renovations the hotel will be up to par.

  This is the worst hotel ever. The place is over run with roaches and bedbugs the new management is deplorable they will check you in and after taking your money for a 4 week stay will then kick you out for complaining about the bugs and dirty rooms. The older housekeeper is rude and steals from the rooms when guests are out and there is a Do not disturb on the door. The breakfast is disgusting stale bread and cereal and nothing looks clean the tables and counter tops are sticky and the lady doing breakfast does nothing but complain about the guest serving themselves the disgusting meager breakfast. There used to be a few good staff but since these new owners took over they have all gone. My suggestion is to run as fast and far as you can from this place. Roaches, Bedbugs, druggies and terrible management/owners that are rude and steal from their guests and employees. Do Not I repeat DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  ROACHES IN OUR ROOM. The pictures online are very misleading. The parking lot has what seems to be an abandoned car sitting on bricks with car parts sitting on the floor. We booked a 2 night stay in a king non-smoking room, but it smelled like nothing but cigarettes. The beds weren’t horrible, but weren’t that comfortable either. During the night we kept waking up to noisy neighbors and the hotel itself just didn’t have a very safe feeling. To top it off roaches started to show up and were crawling on our food, towels, and everywhere!!!!! We didn’t even finish our stay, as soon as we saw all those roaches we asked the front desk to refund us because we wanted to get out of there as soon as we could but they only refunded us for one night. For what we paid and what they charge you would think as least we would have clean rooms. I will never stay here again.

  Got to the hotel. Pulled up in the parking lot and first thing I see is a car that looks like it has been stripped. It’s on blocks and the engine is on the ground, no tires. We check in and get put in a room that is filthy. The toilet seat is broke. The laboratory was leaking. We went to the desk and asked for another room. They gave us another room. Again this one was filthy but not as bad as the other. The shower curtain would not stay closed. The noise in this place is horrible. Sounds like people were opening our door all night. It was the door from the hallway. We left this morning to go to fort Stockton and returned around 5pm and the room had not been touched. We had no towels to bath. The trash had not been carried out and the bed had not been made. I addressed this with the front desk and asked to be credited a night. I was told they could not credit me. I was also told the reason they did not clean it was because the do not disturb sign was on the door. We had not put it on the door and it never was on the door. Will not be staying here again

  The hotel is old and you get what you pay for but that's not to say i had a bad experience. I had requested a different room because the water in the shower would not drain. Then in my new room, The hot and cold water in my shower were reversed and there were a few holes in my bedsheets. The room was clean and smelled great upon arrival though. There was a broken down car in the parking lot. It was an OK experience
