  Bad Service and no offered solution for a shirt they damaged, Management had lack of willingness to help with reimbursement of the shirt or offering a voucher. I took a shirt for dry cleaning after I had used it only once at a wedding, and they returned it full of wrinkles and damages which they couldn't remove after several attempts. Left my phone number twice and I never received a call back from their Management. Not recommended.

  Do not use this company. They post coupons and will not honor them. Very bad business practice.

  They are incredibly overpriced and my clothes look horrible. The shirts still have wrinkles and look like they haven't been pressed at all. They charged $18.99 to launder a dress that looks worse than it did before I dropped it off. I will never go here again.

  Great service, really nice employees. Overall happy with everything. Been coming here for more than a year now
