  Trish was very helpful in my selection, she helped me choose the right shape and color and by the end of it I only had to wait 30 or so minutes for my lense to be cut. Great service, great discounts, and great environment! (Happy Valley location)

  I love this place! They were the only lab in the valley that would handle my Prada eye glass frames last year and I returned this year to have my lenses replaced with my new rx. Trisha was amazing...so patient with me as I worked with my insurance and HSA to cover everything. She found my purchase from last year in the system and was able to quickly price exactly what I needed to update my lenses. I also purchased a BOSS pair of Marc Jacobs sunglasses at 50% off. I am absolutely thrilled and will be following the business to the new location

  After learning that I needed glasses, I began my search for the perfect frames. This proved to be a challenge due to pricing, lack of vision coverage and just being down right picky. However, I found this company from a google search with 5 stars and I must say, they deserve every star and possibly an additonal 1 or 2. Trish's professionalism, friendliness and knowledge made the experience one for the books! She was thorough, patient, kind and walked me through this new process. She not only gave me professionalism and patience but she also provided my family with the same courtesy. This is one location and one professional I would highly recommend to anyone.
