  Ive been told those shoes are the best. Wrong. And they wont even refund me over 230$. Just got new black nike and they are way better.

  The best customer service I've ever had buying shoes! I came here today to exchange and return some shoes I had bought online and the manager, Candace, and her employee, Cha, took excellent care of me and made the process very easy. I originally purchased a pair of boots online but had ordered the wrong size, so I called this store and Candace said it wouldn't be a problem exchanging the shoes for the right size. All I needed to bring was the receipt and the credit card I used to make the original purchase. On top of that I saw that they were having a sale on the boots I had already purchased and I asked if there was any way I could get the sale on the boots I had already bought online and Candace was very nice and was able to honor the sale on the boots too! Candace was very friendly and had a very enthusiastic attitude which made me feel really comfortable with coming in to her store. Of course you can't go wrong with buying Ecco shoes either. When it comes to quality and comfortability Ecco, in my opinion, is the best. I work in the restaurant industry so I'm on my feet all day. I have a pair of Ecco dress shoes that I wear for work that I've had for two years now and they still look and feel great. I won't buy dress shoes or boots from any another shoe store. I live in Napa and after having the experience that I just had I'll make the drive specifically to go to this Ecco store on Grant St to buy shoes from now on. If you want a very comfortable and high quality shoe I highly recommend Ecco shoes and if you want great customer service go to this Ecco store on Grant St and ask for Candace or Cha if you're ever in the area.

  Have couple styles that I like from online, went in there this morning. The Chinese girl was busy with couple customers, but she still came up to me, told me to look around she will be right back. I told her I am not going to buy today Just trying. She still bring out all the sizes and styles that I want and explain to me what are the differences, very patient. I will for sure going back to her when I make my decision.
