  Carolina's cakes do not require you to choose between aesthetic perfection and quality/taste. We have been *blown away* by the way she not only delivers what we asked for, but takes it to the next level, creatively. Underneath the technically perfect embellishments is a fresh, fluffy, perfectly balanced cake that could win contests.
