::I love the Bowl Station She Is So Polite, and Sociable. The Grill Station Is Well....Uh Okay 6 out of 10. I Understand That He Gets Overwhelmed, But If I Could Suggest, He Adjust His Approach. The Cashier!!! OMG Please REPLACE Him!! His Demeanor, How He Takes Your Credit Card or Money Out Of Your Hand, Seem To Come Off Like He's Snatching It Away From You. He Has The (I Don't Care) Persona About His Work Ethic. He Would Be My Least Worker In The Cafe Who I Dislike, and Maybe The Manager.

::Its really hard to rate this place as each section is different. Their salad bar is good when its stocked. The burger station is good mostly but SOOOO SLOW! Sometimes the food is over cooked and fries are cold and sometimes the fries are hot and the food is perfect. 🤷🏻♀️ The other stations are good and change what they serve daily. I ate there several time while working downtown. Ive added a few pictures.

::Slow, inconsistent, lacking effective management. It would be nice if they were well ran, they get close but lack any attention to detail. I work nearby so I keep hoping and have given them repeated chances over a decade so it must be a part of their company culture. I give. I recommend you skip the inconsistent portions, cold food, LONG waits, and closing down grills an hour before they close. If they cut their prices in half it would regain value, but short of that they are a solid no.

::Pretty good option if you are health conscience or don't want to take a trip out of the building to the many other eateries in the area via street or Skywalk. The staff is very friendly, with exception of one very rude and snobby female worker. I've enjoyed the salad bar, personal pizzas, quesadilla and their burgers. Was going to try breakfast one day, but non of the prices were posted on anything yet (20 minutes after opening), I might have to try again another day. Decent option, unless you are in a hurry, try something else.

::Weather I have time to break for lunch or not the 201 is my most frequented destination downtown. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my lunch experience is always five stars! This is one of those rare places where you can find anything that you are in the mood for. My favorite destination is Joe's deli. For about the same price or less than what you would pay at Subway you get actual meat instead of whatever they serve at Subway... It seems that all the sauces are made in house witch makes a huge difference. With all the places I could go for lunch in Cincinnati this place is at the top of my list!
