  The clothes selection was great. They really do sale quality products. I however had a terrible experience with one of the associates. I came to the location in search of a winter coat. I found a coat that I loved but the only size on the rack was small. Unfortunately I've not been blessed to fit a size small, but I was in love with this coat. I went to the associate to inquire if the sizes on the rack were the only ones they had available and her response floored me. I quote, "I'm sorry but we don't have any more plus sizes available and I do not believe we will be obtaining any more this season." Now one might ask what's so bad about her response. First of all, it did not address my question at all. Secondly, even if you perceived I was looking for a plus size it's just plain rude to verbalize your judgment without any validation. After this encounter I vowed that despite my affection for their selection I will never shop there again.
