Co worker and I were comparing notes on the best pastrami sandwiches in town and this one was his "go-to" and where he sets his bar from. Curious and challenged, we all went here. Its off at edge of bottom of hill near Dodger stadium. Its got decent street parking. Place is cozy lit and comfy atmosphere. Service awesome. Reasonably priced. I got the pastrami with Italian sausage, a cannoli and iced tea. ;) Delicious. Super delicious and huge. Got to take half home to enjoy later. .....He was right. This sandwich sets my new bar for pastrami. 😋. Thanks, Lance. And thank u , Eastside Market for existing ;)

I love this place. My parents frequented this deli in the 70s and the introduced me to it. I love the meatball sub as well a the pastrami. You can’t go wrong with anything.

This Italian Deli serves some delicious hot sandwiches. It's no wonder they've been around since 1929. I'm glad I saw this place on TV. The pastrami and italian sausage sandwiches are my favorite. This place is very old school. They have plenty of seating. You do however, have to park out on the streets.

The best sub shop in LA. Having grown up in Massachusetts, I had access to my share of sub shops. Here in LA, not so much. Subway does not count. So, I was happy to find this place. The subs are great and they have mortadella! They're really well priced and definitely hit the spot. The staff are friendly and the place itself has a good charm. Support this place!

This is one of the most Authentic Italian Delicatessen places in Los Angeles. Their #7 roast beef pastrami and cheese sandwich to me is one of the best. Even when its crowded they tend to get you in and out. They accept cash or Card so you can stop in. Whats also good about them is that they open early. I think 8am or maybe a little earlier but they're close by 430 or 5.
