  The front desk is absolutely terrible. They give out in accurate information on the phone. for example they’re only smart enough to let you know when your next appointment is but if you ask them if you need to bring a co-pay they tell you no, and then tell you yes when you get to the office. secondly if you have an emergency like a cracked a tooth after getting work done at the office they will tell you to come to the office immediately and waste your goddamn time you get there. It seems like no one wanted to be bothered with me when there was an issue in my mouth such a shame because my insurance provider recommended them and I will be letting them know that that was a terrible decision I’m now looking for a new dentist I will never go to another dentist office that is inside of the house ever again ! They are just dreadful !

  Probably the worst front desk I have ever dealt with in all my years! Requesting x-rays for a patient of the office was like going through TSA security with a bomb strapped to my chest aka IMPOSSIBLE. It is mind blowing how rude and ignorant one person (Liza or Lisa) can make an entire office seem so unprofessional. This is a huge reflection of the owner of the practice. I am proud to work somewhere where I value my patients and provide my best care and respect to everyone who walks through my office doors. It is a shame that those who spend so much money on medical and dental insurance are subjected to this sort of care.
