  Worst bank ever. They don't even want or need any customer, including business owners. Don't bother.

  I had great experiences at this branch, probably the best of whole NY region. Helpful customer service, Kadie's help was very stasfied.

  Review for ave u branch in Brooklyn based on experience for applying for an equality loan. The loan officer or the person who handles my loan was not helpful and not able to answer my question. They requested proof of estates taxes, but has not specify what kind of proof they need. Told me that I have to submit a bank statement but I explained to her that won't show record of the payee of check payments. Told me this is requested from a title company their bank attorny hires, but the title company can't call me to explain why and what is needed. I'm canceling my accounts and will share my experience with all friend and families within the community if this doesn't end well so they can avoid the same situation I'm having.
