  This company only cares about the money and not the patients. EVERY single time i call I am waiting AT LEAST 15 or more minutes to EVEN GET through to some one! I am on the hunt for a new medical care company, THEY SUCK. ANSWER your phones people.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. What a joke, honestly this place should be shut down. The providers are complete flakes that have no clue what they are doing. If you are thinking of coming here, find somewhere else, this place is horrible.

  This is seriously a horrible place. So much has happened! I’ve had appointments I didn’t schedule. Once I had to see a heart doctor after EVFM told me that something was wrong. They couldn’t give me any information about how serious it was or what I should do in the meantime. My dad had recently died of a heart attack. I waited a month for my heart appointment and a few days beforehand EVFM called me to tell me I HAD to see a different doctor. They gave me his number but no one picked up when I called. I was really upset that after a month they were telling me this and I might have to wait another month to get answers. Called my heart doctor and the receptionist reassured me that the demand made no sense and that they already had the confirmation faxed over from my office. She calmed me down and I went despite what EVFM wanted. Had my appointment and the heart doctor found nothing, letting me know that EVFM didn’t even read the test they took correctly. And unless you want to text all your information to them every time you need something, you WILL be on hold at least a half hour. It’s quicker for me to drive down there than sit through their obnoxious call system. One time, after being disconnected twice and then ignored by the receptionist, I did drive down there. I was calm and feeling better by the time I arrived, not wanting to take my frustration out on the front receptionist. She scheduled my appointment for the next morning and I was grateful because of how sick I was. I came in the next day and she hadn’t even put my appointment into the system. I had to argue with the poor girl there just to avoid being sent home. I wasn’t even angry when I entered the office! No reason for her to not schedule my appointment! I gave no one there an attitude and she still screwed me over. Not long ago I went in for an appointment and waited 45 minutes to an hour past my appointment time just to get into the back. I warned them before I went back and again when they brought me into the exam room that I had another appointment soon and could only stay for another 20 minutes. The nurse said that she would tell the doctor, and then I sat there until I needed to leave. They wanted me to come back the next day and sit in the waiting room again during flu season. The Greenfield location is clean and friendly. The Country Club office is unacceptable in so many ways. The phone system is, I mean, there are no words. Save yourself. Don’t visit this office.

  how are they still able to take patients when majority of the reviews are terrible, been with them for a while now and I thought they were just okay but recently they had been going down hill, calls, request for services and refills are hardly ever entertained, you'll sit on your phone for at least 45min, you have to have an appointment with your doctor for refills,, I'm leaving this clinic and i don't recommend you choose this clinic
