  This is a great company who’s values begin with family. You become part of the family when you need East Valley Disaster Services. They have been around 30 years, which is important when you have a large water or fire Disaster in your home.

  Good at tearing things out and drying, but don't let them do the repairs. Hire a qualified contractor for this part. They take much longer than it should take to fix and the workmanship is terrible. The managers take zero responsibility for lack of quality of work and poor performance of workers.

  Very expensive and claimed more hours doing my roof then they actually worked on it.. Tried getting ahold of Brad a few times and won't respond.. I considered having them fix my roof, this just kicked them off my list.. If your considering them, DONT!! So mad at them for ripping off my insurance company. Unethical

  My family just went through an awful time dealing with this company. Our rep Brad Bell promised the world and delivered very little. He took advantage of an 83 year woman. He left her without hot water for 14 days. Every time we questioned the progress of the project, he would say "we don't do that" or we cannot find anyone to make that repair- find someone yourself". We were charged $1800+ for very little work before we fired this company. Brad Bell was dishonest and preys on the elderly. Beware

  Excellent service. Quick to respond when I needed them at my house after some serious rain storms. Very honest and trustworthy. I would use them again.
