::The ride was ok and the price was great and plus they have chargers and WIFI (3*). I just didn't appreciate the fact they arrived and hour late with no explanation as to why they where late when the bus pulled out on time. It was my birthday my son had things planned for me I was to arrive at 6:30 didn't pull in until 7:30. The main reason I booked with them was because of the arrival time. I would of had time to get dressed and make it to my event on time. But I had to cancel because I was an hour behind schedule. Not to mention when I called Megabus the guy only said "sorry there is nothing we can do". Although the price was great I will not book with them again. I usually travel Amtrak and they always get me to my destination on time. I'll just pay full price for timeliness

::Cheap ride!! Lot of studio gangsta ride bus!! Bad kids and slucts be disrespecting the elder!! I can get a round trip ticket and it still will be cheaper than 1 way ride from greyhound!!!

::No shelter for passengers. Cold and dark at night, especially buses are not on time.

::WAY better than Greyhound, no lines, no need to get your ticket printed unless you wish, no waiting for your ticket. Busses are usually pretty clean, the windows are a really cool touch for people who love the views of roadtrips like me. Prices are pretty good, and I like that I can change my reservations if I need to for a small fee. Greyhound charged me $20 extra to change my ticket and Megabus only charged about $5. MUCH BETTER THAN GREYHOUND.

::Honestly, If I could give a zero, I truly would like a previous reviewer stated. I called Megabus all morning on May 12th,2017 to figure out where the 9:55am bus to Chicago would be located. The address provided is extremely vague and does not pull up in GPS. I was put on hold serveral times from the Megabus customer service and they stated that they did not have an exact address. When I asked to speak to a manger, they refused or stated a manager was busy. I asked for a refund and did not receive one. They also refused to provide me with their names and stated that it was confidential. Trust me when I say Megabus will never receive business from me and I will be letting others know not to use them either. If they cannot accommodate their customers and have respect then I refuse to support them.
