  Abby is phenomenal. My body is so hurt and damaged and my mind and I tried my first class there reformer group and I felt so safe and excellent instruction and care she’s amazing. I just tried Yunny and I told her about so many of the problems and limitations in my body and she gave me great modifications! I’m so grateful to be able to feel safe and cared for as I try to heal my body and get my body back in shape.

  Excellent accueil malheureusement le plus s’arrete la..(d’ou Les 2 étoiles) Le cours de pilates auquel j’ai assisté n’avait aucun fil conducteur: aucune precaution prise par la prof sur le placement et la protection du dos ( malgré une élève qui a signalé ses douleurs lombaires en debut de cours...) Les mouvements étaient réalisés dans l’empressement sans s’assurer que les personnes qui suivaient le cours étaient correctement placées. Pas de logique: juste des exercices à exécuter rapidement : faire pour faire Pas d’échanges même à la fin:dommage Peut être suis je mal tombée mais je ne renouvellerai pas l’experience D’autres studios dans Brooklyn sont nettement mieux et avec des cours de et grande qualité

  on holidays here for one week i wanted to go with my little sis at a pilates class. Great experience very friendly coach one stars misses for the lack of space ------- en vacances pour voir ma soeur je souhaitai l'accompagner a son cours de pilates Tres bonne experience coach adorable et attentionne une toile en moins pour le manque d'espace

  I love this studio. Since I moved to W-burg from Manhattan, I've been so disappointed with all of the studios, etc. East River is gorgeous, everyone is friendly, it's immaculate and the teachers are great and super kind. Love it.

  Beautiful, sunny and clean space perfect for dance class or pilates. Big fan of the instructor Jules and her cardio conditioning class!! Highly recommend coming here for workout classes.
