  My main sewer line was backed up midst a renovation which put the breaks on further bathroom work. Chris showed up a 1/2 hr after my initial call and gave me some direction on what might be happening with the cesspool. He cleared the pipe in a 20 minutes and offered some helpful tips for the renovations I was doing. A little pricier than a typical roto call but diagnosis and thoughtful longer term considerations was worth the little bit extra.

  I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are prompt, friendly and professional. They are thorough with their work and always give me a fair price. I would never use any other company. These guys are the best.

  Wow!! The person who wrote the review before mine definitely doesn't know East-Nor Cesspool very well. This company has ALWAYS been family owned and operated. "These people" as he calls them, have never changed... and they are wonderful people! Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that has changed in the 40 plus years that they have been in business, is the son took over ownership of the business from his father. The owner is the owner/operator, meaning he does all of his own work. He treated my house as if it were his own and did a wonderful job! The reviewer before me says they are running the business into the ground. I don't believe that to be true at all! All I have ever seen is a very professional and knowledgeable company come and service my home each time. The reviewer before me probably uses one of those other cesspool companies... the ones that charge next to nothing but also pump next to nothing out of your cesspool. Good luck with that! East-Nor is very honest and they provide excellent service! I will be recommending them to everyone.
