  I've been there around 4 times and the experience has always been pleasant. I've gone to change out my watch band, which they did free of charge, about two times and the rest were to remove the metal portions of the watches to correct fit my wrists. The only thing was that the price for changing out these metal portions was kind of steep (around $15+), but that may be typical of jewelry stores. Nonetheless, a great experience and nice staff.

  Mr. G was amazing! He took the time to really understand what we wanted when creating my custom engagement ring! Our wedding bands are just as beautiful - we couldn't thank him and his staff enough. We highly recommend for all jewelry needs.
